Community and Recreation have a unique opportunity for a Community Facilities Specialist to join the team and support our community facilities and recreation assets. This is a fixed-term opportunity until October 2026.
As our Community Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for managing everything from bookings and financial processes to contractor performance and system improvements. The role ensures facilities remain safe, compliant and well maintained, providing operational management across maintenance, WHS and readiness standards.

This position drives key reviews and reforms to strengthen governance, streamline workflows and support sustainable operating models. By coordinating day‑to‑day community facility operations and contributing to quality recreation programs and services, the position helps deliver well‑presented, high‑value community spaces aligned with CN’s Community Strategic Plan (CSP) objectives.

Remuneration: $107,672.94 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week (pro-rata)
