Expression of Interest – Executive Manager Maintenance

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitable experienced leaders to backfill the Executive Manager, Maintenance role for a period of 2 weeks, commencing from Monday 4 May to Friday 15 May 2026.

This opportunity will provide exposure to executive-level leadership within Council, with the responsibility to oversee a variety of distinct work areas including Depot Operations, Parks and Open Spaces, Contract Coordination and Road Maintenance. The successful applicant will be required to provide strategic guidance, support operational teams, and ensure continuity of service delivery during this two-week period.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading and supporting the Maintenance team in achieving operational outcomes
• Providing strategic and operational advice to the Director and Executive Leadership Team
• Ensuring continuity of service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
