City of Newcastle (CN) is looking for AV-savvy, customer-focused Technical Services Team Members to join our team on a casual basis at our iconic venues including the Civic Theatre, Playhouse and City Hall.

As a Technical Services Team Member, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering exceptional experiences across live performances and events. You’ll play a key role in bringing creative visions to life by applying your technical expertise and supporting seamless event delivery across our venues.

In this role, you’ll contribute to high-quality theatrical and event services across a range of technical disciplines. Depending on your skills, this may include lighting, staging, audio, audio-visual, wardrobe, stage management, stage door operations, or working as part of the stage or technical crew. Your work will directly support the successful delivery of memorable, high-calibre performances and events.
