City of Newcastle has a fixed-term contract opportunity until March 2027 as the Facilities Manager within our City Infrastructure directorate.
In this role you will work closely and collaboratively with Executive Manager Assets & Facilities, Works Coordinators, your teams and other internal and external stakeholders to successfully provide integrated asset management and the delivery of programs and projects to enable service delivery across the organisation.
Demonstrating your leadership skills you will continue to inspire, coach and develop your team and foster partnerships across the organisation to ensure your team supports successful outcomes associated with the objectives set against CN's Community Strategic Plan (2040).

Remuneration: $148,684.13 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
