Through your work, you'll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you help build and maintain the infrastructure our community relies on every day.

City of Newcastle is looking for a skilled and safety focused Plant Operator - Maintenance to join our Construction team.

This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. You'll operate a variety of plant and equipment and work alongside a dedicated team delivering road, drainage, concrete, asphalt and vegetation maintenance works across the city. We're looking for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work, takes pride in a job well done, and values being part of a team that looks out for one another.

Remuneration:  $71,712.88 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 38-hour week
