Food and Beverage Services Manager (Internal Only)

City Venues is seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our  team. This unique opportunity has a strong strategic focus on leading food and beverage operations across City Hall, Fort Scratchley Function Centre, and Civic Theatre.

As a key member of the City Venues leadership team, you will drive operational excellence and support sustainable growth, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. The role is responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

Drawing on your previous people management experience, you will lead front-of-house operations teams while overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a sustainable, long-term business, service, and operational model. This includes delivering exceptional outcomes across both catered functions and live performance events.

Remuneration: $132,740.42 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
