Works Coordinator (Internal Only)

A permanent opportunity is available for a Works Coordinator to lead the delivery of capital works and infrastructure programs in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner. This role is responsible for coordinating construction and maintenance activities, managing resources and contractors and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with quality, safety and environmental requirements.

As a leader, you will provide coaching and support to multidisciplinary teams, foster a positive safety culture and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide technical advice, manage project documentation and oversee project and contract delivery to achieve successful outcomes for the community.

You will bring proven experience in coordinating civil construction or infrastructure works, with the ability to lead teams, manage contractors and deliver projects safely, efficiently and within budget. Your strong understanding of quality, safety and environmental requirements, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, will enable you to drive successful project outcomes.

Remuneration: $111,979.96 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
