MALL currently has a couple of opportunities to join the Visitor Information Centre (VIC) as a casual Visitor Information Officer.
Through your work, you’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.
As a casual Visitor Information Officer, you’ll assist the daily operation of the Newcastle VIC and enable customers and visitors to explore the Newcastle LGA and surrounding region. To do this, you’ll set high energy customer service standards to provide a positive and informative visitor experience, through providing current and bespoke advice to customers to ensure they are excited about their stay in our city.

Remuneration: Casual hourly rate of $52.00 (includes 25% casual loading) + 12% Superannuation
