Waste Services is looking for a customer focused and proactive Business and Customer Support Officer to join the team on a fixed-term basis working a Monday and Tuesday one week (14hrs) and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (21hrs) the other.
This role is a key link between our customers and operations, helping ensure requests are translated into efficient, seamless service delivery. Working as part of the Administration team, you’ll support day-to-day operations by managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to systems and processes that drive better outcomes for both the business and the community.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels, provide accurate information, and support operational teams to deliver timely and effective waste services. You’ll also assist across administration, accounts and weighbridge functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Remuneration: $78,741.09 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
