City of Newcastle (CN) is calling on experienced customer service superstars with a passion for the GLAM sector to join the Museum Archives Libraries and Learning (MALL) team at our many exciting locations. As a member of our team, you won't just work for the city; you’ll co-create it.

As a casual Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be a friendly touch point for Library and Museum visitors, providing them with relevant and helpful information about exhibitions, programs and collections. Your strong technology and research skills, along with an enthusiasm for lifelong learning will make a positive impact in our community. Here, your ideas and efforts directly shape the places where you and your community live, work, and play. 
We’re looking for applicants enthusiastic about promoting the Museum and Library and shaping meaningful experiences. You will champion the value of cultural institutions and have pride in delivering exceptional experiences, representing City of Newcastle with a warm and welcoming manner.
