- Providing supervision, mentoring and guidance to other nursing and care staff
- Liaising with residents and their significant others as well as members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve position resident outcomes
We are looking for suitably qualified staff who have what it takes to make a difference in our resident's lives, can take charge, and lead by example. You will have sound clinical skills, a caring and supportive nature, a 'can do' willingness to go the extra mile, a positive attitude towards the health and wellbeing of residents and an interest in contemporary aged care practice. You will be approachable, but balance this with excellent time management skills.
