About the position

We have exciting opportunities for Front of House and Back of House hospitality staff to join the team at Major Venues across the Gold Coast. Our venues include the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, Coomera Indoor Sport Centre, and Runaway Bay Indoor Stadium.

Working as part of a diverse and supportive team, you will help deliver great food and exceptional service to our community and event patrons. Opportunities are available across our cafés, kiosks, catering kitchens and events, with roles suited to both customer service professionals and experienced kitchen staff.

Back of House (Food and Beverage Attendants)
You will support food preparation and service across our venues, ensuring high standards of food quality, food safety and kitchen cleanliness are maintained. At times you may be required to work independently, delivering consistent, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Front of House (Food and Beverage Attendants)
You will create a welcoming experience for our customers while delivering friendly service, accurate order processing, and maintaining well-presented outlets. Barista experience is highly regarded.

You may also assist with functions and events, including setting up and packing down outlets.

These are casual roles, with a focus on weekend work, mornings and evenings. With our venues experiencing significant growth, there are plenty of hours available for the right people.

You are someone who thrives in busy hospitality environments and enjoys working as part of a team. You remain calm and organised during peak service times and take pride in delivering great food and excellent customer service.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently when required
