This role is all about creating meaningful employee experiences, supporting programs that strengthen connection, celebrate diversity and help our organisation thrive. Through thoughtful coordination, collaboration and a passion for people you’ll help shape a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the delivery of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and organisational culture programs through strong coordination and stakeholder engagement that enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinating initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
  • Supporting data collection, analysis and reporting to track culture and workforce outcomes.  
  • Preparing communications, presentations and briefing materials to support program delivery and executive engagement.  
  • Contributing to a culture that positions the City of Gold Coast as an employer of choice – the city that leads, a career that creates. 

We're looking for people who have:  

  • Experience supporting Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and Workforce Culture programs and initiatives.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and engaging with diverse communities.
