About the role
As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in partnering with business leaders to provide trusted financial advice, insightful analysis and strategic support that drives informed decision-making.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational programs, you'll monitor budgets, budgets, analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide meaningful insights that help shape business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions through high-quality financial analysis.
We’re looking for people who have:
You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to solve problems, improve financial performance and support sound business decisions. You combine strong technical capability with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Ideally, you will have:
- A Bachelor of Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing financial advice, management reporting and business partnering within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information, identify trends and provide practical recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex calculations, analyse large datasets and develop meaningful financial reports.
- Experience using enterprise financial systems such as SAP.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within strict timeframes.
- The ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
