About the role
At the City of Gold Coast, our people are our priority, and our Strategy and Planning Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting an organisation where our behaviors are more important than results.
As the Strategy and Planning Lead, you will drive the delivery of the City’s strategic priorities by leading and improving the City’s Integrated Planning Framework. Working across the organisation, you’ll guide the development of key strategy and planning documents, including the Council Plan, annual Operational Plan and Annual Report.
You’ll partner with leaders to provide advice and practices to ensure the City’s vision and priorities are operationalised in a consistent way across the whole organisation.
This is a 12-month Full Time Fixed Term opportunity to influence city-wide outcomes, improve organisational performance and make a real difference to the Gold Coast.
