About the role
Join the City of Gold Coast as a HR Governance Officer, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR governance frameworks, processes and artefacts. In this important role, your work will help the Chief People Office (CPO) deliver consistent, compliant and high‑quality people services across the organisation.
Reporting to the Coordinator HR Service and Governance, you will contribute to enhancing CPO information resources, knowledge bases, data sets, reporting, governance materials, tools and service standards that underpin people capability and employee experience outcomes.
Working closely with subject matter experts across the branch, you will help translate business insights into practical, fit‑for‑purpose solutions for HR services. In addition, you will support the coordination and delivery of audit, governance and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the CPO’s functions and services.
