Ciao Papi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Cocktail Bartender who loves offering home-style hospitality experiences whilst taking in the breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the deck - bellissimo!

We are currently on the lookout for Casual Bartenders to join the team at Ciao Papi! If you have experience bartending in similar establishments, with a strong focus on crafting a range of drinks, then this is the role for you!

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in working in a fast paced restaurant bar
• Cocktail experience is essential
• Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
• Be a positive and collaborative team player
• Open to learning and ready for growth
• Flexible availability, nights and weekends 
• Hold a current RSA

Responsibilities include:

• Taking drink orders
• Preparing a range of drinks including basic cocktails
• Undertaking general waiting duties
• Work cooperatively in a team
• Maintaing customer standards 
• Utilising POS machines and cash registers 
• Maintaining a clean bar area
