We're on the lookout for a dynamic Full Time Duty Manager who can assist our growing team in delivering home-style hospitality experiences whilst taking in the belissimo views of our beautiful city!

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
• Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
• Visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and beverage Supervisors/Attendants to be the best that they can be
• Assisting guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
• A high knowledge of the product produced in venue
