Inspired by Head Chef, Louis Tikaram’s travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots. Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruit in the world.

Stanley’s ethos combines the best produce, mostly sourced locally, supporting out Australian industry with traditional Cantonese flavours, Tikaram’s fresh perspective and mindset of venturing outside the box adds to the unique experience of Stanley.

The menu has been designed to be shared and enjoyed family style, encouraging you to laugh, drink, eat and enjoy the flavours as they have been for hundreds of years.

We are currently accepting applications for casual Front of House professionals to join our dynamic Front of House team at either Stanley or Stan's Lounge. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Serve guests by taking food and drink orders.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in host/front of house positions.
• Availability from Wednesday to Sunday.
• Experience with OpenTable and/or SevenRooms preferred.
• Ideally some knowledge of spirits and wines
• Hold a current RSA.
• Customer service-focused, friendly, and welcoming , someone who enjoys being the host of the party!
• Previous experience working in a high-volume bar.
• Excellent people skills with an inviting demeanor.
