We’re on the lookout for passionate chefs of all levels, from cooks to sous chefs to join our growing team. If you love Italian food, thrive in a busy kitchen, and want to master cooking over charcoal and wood grills whilst also learning the art of fresh pasta production, this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard of quality and presentation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with food safety standards
• Support the roll out of new menu items and contribute fresh ideas  
• Mentor and support junior team members (for senior roles)

What we’re looking for:

• Cooks, Commis, Chef de Parties and Sous Chef levels
• Previous experience with Italian cuisine
• Pasta production
• Woodfire and Charcoal grill
• Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, high-quality produce
• The ability to work under pressure whilst executing precise time management skills involving planning, prioritising and delegating
• Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster
