Due to business growth we have an exciting opportunity to join a newly established rostering team based at CPL’s head office. Join this energetic team in the position of Shift Fill Coordinator. This role will see the successful applicants cover a rotating roster from 5:00am to 3.00pm and 12.00pm to 10:00pm, inclusive of weekends. Hours may vary.
The Role
Coordinate and manage client support hours and employee shift scheduling for all Disability Support Staff across our regional programs.
Our rostering team is integral to successfully delivery high quality client services.
- Allocate staff to current vacancies
- Coordination of staff to cover sick leave and other unplanned absences
- Forward plan rosters for scheduled leave
- Maintain CPL's rostering system to ensure accuracy of all client and staff information
- Provide feedback/reports to the Shift Fill team leader as required
- Diverse daily responsibilities
The ideal person
- Excellent customer services skills
- experience in rostering/allocations in the nursing or health and community care industries
- the ability to work a flexible working week between 5am and 10pm
- computer literacy skills
- experience using rostering system (Carelink is highly desirable)
- highly developed communication skills
