We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support people with a disability who have high complex health care needs in their own home in the community!
About the role
In this role you will provide health care assessment, planning, training and health education to clients and CPL direct care staff in order to optimise the provision of health care and lifestyle support to people with disabilities and complex health care needs. You will work in consultation with individual clients, medical specialist and allied health professionals to ensure appropriate medication administration, clinical procedures and support plans.

Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health care training packages
- Strong administration skills
- Extensive Clinical Experience in a Community Setting
- Interest and commitment in supporting people with a disability
