About our Opportunity

Reportin go the Jamison Venue Manager, the Executive Chef has direct responsibility for quality control of kitchen operations and will play a leading role in the development of business strategies for growth and profitability.

All applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar club or hotel position, having several food outlets on the one site
  • Management skills that demonstrate planning, control, communications, budgeting and team leadership
  • Professional skills leading to a high standdard of cusine and menu planning
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of HACCP systems
