About The Role
We can’t stress enough – the focus on the this role -actual title in company is Client Value Manager (CVM), lies with the value that you will add to our clients in your role. Account management’ is therefore only one part of the equation. We hold the utmost confidence that when our clients question `how does my Client Value Manager add real value to my business’, the answers are readily identified and tangible for all to see.
We have a diverse client portfolio, and are extremely proud of our client retention rate. We believe this retention is evidence of the critical role that our CVM’s play within CTM.
We have over 20 CVM’s nationally supporting all regions who in turn report to a local Regional Client Value Manager. The Regional CVM role was created to ensure our valued CVM’s have ready access to support and coaching for all the day to day issues they may encounter. We also introduced this role in sheer recognition of our ongoing expansion and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure your allocated client base is managed to the highest professional standard, encompassing those internal CTM standards we have implemented for your role;
- Undertake agreed Client Reporting to ensure our clients are advised of possible future savings in their travel, and travel analysis on purchasing and travelling behaviours are proactively undertaken
- Represent CTM via meetings, telephone calls or external promotional events and ensure all relevant preparation for client contact is prepared well in advance
- If client base requires, support clients with our internal online travel booking tool, including technical support questions and analysis
- Support the entire CVM team in CTM on a proactive basis, to ensure our service to clients remains seamless regardless of staff absences, planned or unplanned.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in travel industry (TMC) is a must
- At least 2 years experience in account management
- Good time management skills
- Strong Communication Skills
