Your New Role

As the Workforce Planner you will be responsible to ensure Cara’s workforce needs are being met.  You will utilise data to forecast, identify and address potential issues in collaboration with key internal partners. Your duties will include workforce planning, scheduling, implementation and optimising workforce deployment efficiencies.  If you thrive on challenges to find creative solutions ensuring Cara's ongoing delivery of effective and client-focussed solutions, we want to hear from you.

Skills & Experience

  • Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues affecting optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyse data and provide proactive solutions to ensure Cara is well-informed and responsive to our workforce needs.
  • Drive deployment strategies to ensure sufficient, sustainable and viable management of Cara's workforce.
  • Lead and chair meetings with internal stakeholders to identify issues relating to workforce deployment and collaboratively find solution-focussed outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Effective and collaborative communication to drive success against key responsibilities. 

Essential Criteria

  • NDIS Worker Check / DHS Disability Employment Screening (or willing to obtain).
  • You have the rights to work in Australia.
  • Some out of hours work might be required.
