About the role:
A Municipal Employee contributes to the provision of an attractive environment, roadways, paths, open spaces and public amenities for residents and visitors to Whyalla to enjoy.
Ideally, we seek candidates with a level of experience working in an outdoor environment having worked on plant and equipment and holds a current driver's licence.
As a Municipal Employee, you will undertake a broad range of hands-on duties to assist across all areas of Council operations responsibilities from Open Spaces to Civil work, maintenance, and repairs.

The salary applicable for this role is in accordance with the Local Government Employees Award and Council’s current Enterprise Agreement, and commences at Grade 4, $63,481.60 per annum, paid pro-rata for hours worked.
