Customer Service Team Leader

About the role:

The Team Leader Customer Service is responsible for ensuring the delivery of optimum customer service to the Whyalla community, internal customers and visitors. 
The Team Leader supervises, trains, mentors and assists members of the customer service team in providing high-standard customer service.  

About you:

We are looking for an individual who has the following:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Experience in delivering a high standard of customer service within a team environment
  • Demonstrated office administration experience
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A current South Australian Working with Children's Check, or ability to obtain prior to commencement

The remuneration for this role is in accordance with the South Australian Municipal Salaried Officers' Award and Council's current Enterprise Agreement, commencing at Level 3 - $85,125
