Detpak is a dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the needs of the food industry. Detpak works with and supplies packaging solutions to some of New Zealand's biggest take-away food brands as well as customer groups including up-market coffee roasters, cafes, bakeries and a vast distribution network.
Reporting to the Country Manager, New Zealand we are seeking a self-starting leader to drive, manage and maintain a skilled, performing and engaged sales team. In a hands-on sales management role, you will strengthen Detpak’s current position and reputation within the New Zealand market through driving growth and market penetration strategies.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
You will possess a well-developed understanding of sales and margin management, be proactive in approach and have the personal commitment that sees you persevere to achieve desired results as well as build your teams capabilities. Your business acumen will ensure identification and conversion of sales and through your customer service focus you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in the market place will be critical to your success.
