Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee all in-store operations during assigned shifts

  • Ensure pizzas and menu items are prepared to Domino’s quality standards

  • Manage cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-shift reconciliation

  • Complete opening and closing procedures

  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with company and local regulations

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members

  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak periods

  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members

  • Foster a supportive, team-focused work environment

  • Address employee performance or operational concerns and escalate where necessary

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, online, and via phone

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

  • Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions and products

  • Ensure fast order turnaround and accuracy

Performance & Cost Control

  • Support sales growth and local marketing initiatives

  • Monitor labour costs and productivity during shifts

  • Minimise food waste and manage inventory effectively

  • Encourage upselling and suggestive selling to maximise order value

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations

  • Ensure adherence to Domino’s operational policies and procedures

  • Promote a safe working environment for all team members


Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food (1–2 years preferred)

  • Leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Ability to lift up to 20kg

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
