What you’ll be doing
Operations Management
- Lead and manage shifts from start to finish
- Allocate staff positions (makeline, oven, customer service, delivery dispatch)
- Monitor order preparation times and delivery performance
- Ensure smooth workflow during peak periods
- Maintain service and productivity standards
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Train and coach new employees
- Provide clear direction and motivation
- Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment
- Address minor staff performance issues during shift
Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Process refunds and remakes when required
- Ensure every customer receives fast and friendly service
- Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards
- Conduct temperature checks and complete required documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with company and local regulations
Cash Handling & Reporting
- Manage cash registers and safe procedures
- Complete end-of-shift reports
- Ensure accurate cash balancing and reconciliation
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in fast food, retail, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving ability
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (or willingness to obtain certification)
