What you’ll be doing 

 

Operations Management

 

 

  • Lead and manage shifts from start to finish
  • Allocate staff positions (makeline, oven, customer service, delivery dispatch)
  • Monitor order preparation times and delivery performance
  • Ensure smooth workflow during peak periods
  • Maintain service and productivity standards

 

 

 

Team Leadership

 

 

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts
  • Train and coach new employees
  • Provide clear direction and motivation
  • Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment
  • Address minor staff performance issues during shift

 

 

 

Customer Service

 

 

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Process refunds and remakes when required
  • Ensure every customer receives fast and friendly service
  • Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions

 

 

 

Food Safety & Compliance

 

 

  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards
  • Conduct temperature checks and complete required documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with company and local regulations

 

 

 

Cash Handling & Reporting

 

 

  • Manage cash registers and safe procedures
  • Complete end-of-shift reports
  • Ensure accurate cash balancing and reconciliation

 

 

Skills & Experience Required

 

 

  • Previous experience in fast food, retail, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (or willingness to obtain certification)
