The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce we are seeking proactive individuals to join the team as Dockhands at our brand-new bakery opening at the beginning of 2026 in Nambeelup, WA (12km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth).

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this diverse role will see you managing a variety of loading bay responsibilities, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, coordination and collaboration with various departments while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer service.

This role is a full-time, permanent position in the dayshift, with availability required to work over time and over the weekend when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload bakery products.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Ensure correct and accurate documentation is provided with loads and perform administrative duties.
• Undertake dock housekeeping duties and cull/remove broken crates and faulty dollies.
• Participate in general warehouse housekeeping at all times.
• Demonstrate and promote satisfactory food safety, quality, and hygiene standards alongside Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) safe work practices.
• Pick up and return all available empty crates and dollies.

• Ensure OHS standards and procedures are maintained at all times.

• Display the ARYZTA Core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar dockhand or warehouse role.
• Forklift license preferred
• Ability to work autonomously when required.
• High attention to detail.

• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following all health, safety and food safety procedures.

• Effective communication skills, including keeping management and relevant parties informed, seeking advice and assistance when needed.
• Physical capacity for heavy lifting of up to 25kg in a safely manner.
