About the role.

We are currently searching for a Graduate Portfolio Analyst to join our team based in Hamilton on a full time basis. You will be critical in supporting the Group Chief Portfolio Officer on global projects, across all areas of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in coordinating and managing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diverse projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct thorough analysis of portfolio data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Monitor initiative performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

About you.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A recent graduate of Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail orientation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
