Evening Shift Manager – Domino’s Rokeby (5:00 PM to 11:30 PM)

Are you a motivated leader with pizza-making expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Domino’s Rokeby is seeking an experienced and dynamic Evening Shift Manager to oversee store operations and drive team performance during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the store team to ensure smooth operations during evening shifts
• Prepare and oversee the production of high-quality pizzas and menu items
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Manage store closing procedures, including cash handling, cleaning, and stock management
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a pizza maker, with a deep understanding of pizza preparation techniques
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Availability to work evening shifts from 5:00 PM to approximately 11:30 PM, including weekends
