Executive Assistant

Location: Brisbane

Your new role

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive level support primarily to the CEO, as well as other executive team members.

You will enjoy providing day to day diary management, event coordination, execution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with the collation and drafting of presentations and reports for key meetings.

Specifically you will:

  • Undertake extensive calendar and email management and prioritisation, and have the ability to provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and key stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for contributing to the effective day to day operations of the CEO and executive team of GO1, providing high level administrative, secretarial and executive support
  • Facilitate weekly and quarterly reporting to the CEO from a range of stakeholders and ensure projects and action items are completed on time
  • Produce, format and prepare correspondence including reports and presentations at board, executive and company wide levels
  • Organise and manage internal and external events 
  • Ad hoc project support work as required

About you

  • You are an experienced and strategic Executive Assistant, with proven experience supporting a CEO and C-suite team
  • You have a proactive and meticulous work approach, excelling in providing high level executive support through professional administrative services
  • You have proven and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, acting as a representative where and when appropriate, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of professional integrity
  • You are able to remain calm and focused under pressure, complimented by the ability to work autonomously and at times with little guidance or instruction
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing office environment
