Your Next Opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity available for experienced Building Management System (BMS) Service Technicians to join our team and provide high-quality service to our clients across Metro Sydney and, occasionally, the wider NSW region.
This is an autonomous role where you’ll be based on-site managing a portfolio of 15-20 clients, and will have the opportunity to investigate, troubleshoot and fix problems, as well as conduct routine maintenance.
You will be supported by a great team reporting to our operations manager, as well as the wider EC Group business across Sydney.
Working across multiple industries including healthcare, defence, education, retail, and recreation, you’ll build strong customer relationships with your client base and continuously scope for opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide a high level of customer service to your portfolio of clients
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of BMS equipment to identify and resolve issues;
- Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance to complex systems;
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements;
- Provide technical support to clients; and
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation.
This role also has opportunities for growth and advancement within the EC Group.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
To be considered for this position, you must hold either a trade qualification or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, electrical, or similar.
You will have:
- Minimum 2+ year’s experience servicing BMSs
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion for investigating and problem-solving
- Strong mechanical mindset
