About the role:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Rural Products Sales Representatives who can add value and contribute to our continued growth by building and maintaining key customer relationships. The role is based in Lake Grace Shire which is situated in the South-East of Western Australia and is one of the largest agricultural Shires in the State

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for building on our customer base by identifying new customers and will successfully grow sales across our diverse product range
  • Be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and creating new sales
  • Liaise with customers to identify their needs and respond with solutions
  • Be an excellent communicator and will build relationships through trust and honesty
  • Actively contribute to the company's goals, targets, and budgets
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management software

About you:

  • Proficiency in learning a product range quickly
  • Superior selling and negotiating ability
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Awareness of HACCP & OH&S regulations
  • Solid computer literacy
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Have a driver’s license. An HR and forklift license would be an advantage however we can support you to obtain one.
