About the role
We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist - Early Careers, to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Elders has recently relaunched our National Early Careers program and we now have an opportunity for passionate TA expert to roll up their sleeves and ensure the successful best in class rollout and delivery of this. This role will support the full lifecycle of all our Early Careers programs, ensuring Elders attracts and retains the best talent by providing an exceptional candidate experiences and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Above all else, delivering a quality development program and exceptional experience to our program participants
- Embrace the latest technology to deliver an efficient and strategic recruitment process
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives for each program and ensure that quality learning experiences are undertaken to match these
- Working with line managers to ensure successful onboarding and rotation experiences
- Identifying appropriate placements and quality mentors, tailored to the development needs of the candidate
- Maintaining strong relationships with universities, training providers, student clubs and industry bodies
- Proactively identify and create networking opportunities with future candidates
- Facilitating in-person and virtual assessment centres, induction and coordinating face to face learning programs
- Manage and clearly communicate program expectations with all stakeholders
About you
- A passion for early careers and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and program life cycle is essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering experience
- Ideally you will have previous in-house volume or graduate recruitment experience
- Experience using Workday will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering in-person and virtual sessions
- Values inclusion and knows how to attract and select candidates from diverse backgrounds
