About the role

We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator, to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Due to the sustained growth in our business, Elders is building a talent acquisition team to support the increasing demand for recruitment support across our network. We are now seeking a highly organised, team player, who will provide exceptional administration support to work with the team to achieve deliverables to our business and to ensure a quality candidate experience to all applicants. There will be a particular focus to support our new Early Careers programs which have recently been launched.

This is an opportunity for someone to make their mark in establishing processes where your contribution will be genuinely valued.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the delivering of exceptional candidate experiences across their recruitment and employee lifecycle
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team with a particular focus on Elders Early Careers programs
  • Seamlessly organise and attend/present at careers fairs, industry events and information sessions
  • Assist in the identification of networking opportunities
  • Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate the practical elements of our early careers recruitment and program delivery including onboarding, rotations, learning materials and ordering new starter uniforms and equipment
  • Prepare reports to inform future recruitment strategies

 

About you

  • A passion for talent acquisition and early careers is essential as is providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and early careers program life cycle
  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar support role either in graduate or volume recruitment
  • Candidates with strong administration backgrounds or those who are early in their own People and Culture careers with a bachelor’s degree in HR are encouraged to apply
  • The ability to build relationships and work as part of a team is a must
  • Proficient in MS Suite and aptitude for technology
  • Highly organised with efficient work processes  
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Values inclusion and knows how to attract and select candidates from diverse backgrounds
