About the role

Our Support Officer (Real Estate) position is an excellent opportunity for those with an interest across the sales and property management divide – with the role focused on supporting our existing team of administrators. 

The person we are looking for is dynamic, tech savvy, organised and with a passion for supporting people. With the backing of the Elders network, and a seasoned local team there is an opportunity to build on your existing real estate knowledge with exposure to sales, marketing and property management. 

As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:  

  • Providing administrative support to the real estate team  
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation and other administrative tasks    
  • Relieve administrative roles in times of peak demand and annual leave cover  
  • Coordinate, develop and publish promotional and marketing materials  
  • Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities  

About you 

To succeed at Elders, you:  

  • Strong administrative background with a passion for marketing on social media  
  • Be well organised and able to manage your time to meet deadlines  
  • Have an interest in the real estate industry. Previous real estate experience in any role will be well regarded 
  • Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment   
  • Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology (tech savvy) 
  • Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community  
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration  
  • Be adaptable
