About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain and Finance Administrator to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

As part of Elders, Titan Ag is a producer and supplier of crop protection products in Newport on the Northern Beaches. This role will be supporting the Titan Ag business unit inside of Elders. Working closely with the Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams, you will be assisting with Purchasing, Inventory Receipting and Building, Sales Orders Management and Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Inside of J Curve (NetSuite ERP system), issue Production Purchase Orders as required
  • Process Inventory Receipts
  • Build Inventory using Bill of Materials
  • Maintain accurate reconciliation of raw materials and liaise with 3rd party Manufacturers
  • Review Sales Orders received via email/EDI and reconcile against Purchase Orders
  • Track changes to Sales Orders and liaise with Customers to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of correct order allocations
  • Assist Finance Team with AP reconciliation

About you

  • Desire for a role with the opportunity to participate in and learn multiple areas of the business
  • Have some experience in one or more areas of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Accounts
  • Experience with NetSuite or ERP system valued
  • Possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office with exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as being motivated and capable of working autonomously
  • Be well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent communication skills
