About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

As part of Elders, Titan Ag is a producer and supplier of crop protection products in Newport on the Northern Beaches. This role will be supporting the Titan Ag business unit inside of Elders. The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for the Sales Orders Management for various location zones of the supply chain to ensure orders are allocated and updated correctly, ensuring a smooth process for our customers.


  • Review Sales Orders received via email/EDI and reconcile against Purchase Orders
  • Track changes to Sales Orders and liaise with Customers to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of correct order allocations

About you

  • Experience with NetSuite or ERP system valued
  • Possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office with exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as being motivated and capable of working autonomously
  • Be well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent communication skills
