About the role 

We are looking for a Change Engagement Coordinator to join the growing team on a six (6) month secondment. 

As a Change Engagement Coordinator you will support & coordinate change activities of the SysMod Program including training and communications.  
 
Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate SysMod training and events 
  • Assist in managing third party vendors engaged for delivery of training 
  • Schedule training across the network (both face to face and online) 
  • Manage and track attendance at events 
  • Manage and track training assessment results 
  • Coordinate sourcing suitable training and event locations with local network staff 
  • Coordinate printed training & communication materials production and distribution 
  • Working with the Communications Lead, developing communication materials to be distributed internally  
  • Manage a calendar of training and communications activities for SysMod Program 
  • Measure employee engagement and participation by tracking training completion and program engagement  
  • Support creating, scheduling and sending program related communications  

About you 

  • You have prior experience organsing events, for example branch or local events  
  • You enjoy creating and maintaining schedules, calendars and plans 
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Teams, Excel and Word 
  • You enjoy creating and sending marketing and promotion material  
  • You are organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • You have good understanding of the Elders network
