About the role

We are looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As part of Elders, Titan Ag is a producer and supplier of crop protection products in Newport on the Northern Beaches. This role will be supporting the Titan Ag business unit inside of Elders. The Finance and Administration Officer will provide assistance and support across various processes of the Titan Ag manufacturing business including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Regulatory Requirements and Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Agreement process
  • Purchase Receipting, Inventory Building and Reconciliation of product at various 3rd party manufacturing sites
  • Creation of Technical Certificate of Analysis and providing to required stakeholders
  • Ensuring document compliance with APVMA regulatory requirements for product registrations
  • Provide assistance as required to the Finance team

About you

  • Bill of Materials Inventory Building and Inventory Management exposure highly regarded
  • Experience with NetSuite (J Curve) or ERP system highly regarded
  • Possess practical skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as being motivated and capable of working autonomously
  • Be well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent communication skills
