ABOUT THE ROLE 


 We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the State General Manager WA, plays an integral role in supporting the State Leadership team.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work closely with the State General Manager and the leadership team providing administration support including diary management and event management   
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the leadership team  
  • Manage to invoice and expense reconciliation requirements   
  • Organise functions and events for internal and external parties.
  • Responding to enquiries including phone calls and ensuring appropriate action is taken.  
  • Welcome visitors to the office including clients, staff, and other senior leadership.  

 
ABOUT YOU 

  • Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment. 
  • Are resourceful, forward-thinking and embrace innovation. 
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration. 
  • Have some experience in managing diaries and communications for senior leaders. 
  • Have a strong work ethic coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability 
  • Bring advanced skills in Microsoft Office with an aptitude for technology  
  • Demonstrate high-quality communication skills 
  • Work effectively under pressure with the ability to manage multiple demands.
