Your new role

 

Join us at Eunice Seddon Residential Aged Care, where care goes beyond clinical tasks—it’s about dignity, respect, and making a real difference. We’re seeking an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to work part-time in a warm, close-knit home that values person-centred care and social inclusion.

 

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that supports independence and wellbeing for residents who deserve compassion.

 

Your fortnightly roster will be as below:

 

Week 1: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (14:30-21:45)

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (14:30-21:45)

 

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ behaviour or physical condition
  • Manage medications and treatment procedures under guidance
  • Liaise with medical practitioners, pharmacists, and health services
  • Support RN1 with clinical requirements
  • Assist with cigarette and alcohol programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide emotional support and foster a sense of belonging

 

We are looking for candidates with the following:

 

  • Cert IV/Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in aged care, mental health, homelessness support, disability, or community care
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A friendly, non-judgmental attitude and commitment to dignity
  • Passion for enhancing residents’ independence and lifestyle
