These part time positions will join the Council’s Community Care – Active Living team as it grows in response to the demand for personalised support services for seniors using a wellness and re-ablement approach. Funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
These roles work in a variety of settings and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and documenting a variety of supports including:
Applicants will require tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience supporting people with a range of diverse needs, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills will also stand you in good stead for these roles.

Total remuneration for the role is in the range $28.98 to $30.50 gross per hour consisting of:
· $26.47 to $27.85 base salary, plus
· $2.51 to $2.65 superannuation (at 9.5%)
· Additional allowances (First Aid, Sleepover, Travel and Vehicle) and weekend penalty rates apply.
