Do you have a passion for providing a quality library service to the community? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to coordinate our vibrant library service.
You will provide programs, services and events that support lifelong learning and seek to improve participation in the shire’s libraries. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to market and engage the community in the development of library services.
A degree qualification in a library discipline, experience in the coordination of library services and staff leadership and supervision are essential requirements of this role. A track record of successfully managing key library functions including continuous improvement, innovative program and service delivery, resource acquisition and policy development are also required.
