Customer Service & Information Officer (Part Time)

Are you passionate about delivering a positive customer experience? Our dedicated Customer Service and Information team provides a comprehensive and professional service to the Eurobodalla Shire community and its visitors.

In this role, you will manage customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face, providing information, cashier services and access to specialist staff. You will be a member of our busy front counter team, operate Council’s main telephone system and databases, and assist in delivering a swift, organised and accurate records management service.

Prior experience in a customer service role along with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and computer literacy are essential for this role. Previous records management experience will be highly regarded.

Total remuneration for the role is in the range $35.08 to $37.38 gross per hour consisting of: 

  • $31.89 to $33.98 base salary,
  • $3.19 to $3.40 superannuation (at 10%)

Appointment to this role is dependent on an assessment of the results of a National Criminal History Record Check.
