Casual Role - 30 hours per week

Every year we supply, manage, and deliver millions of garments for our client’s employees. Our operations are Australia wide, with a local footprint in each state. We're Australian-owned and operated, servicing a huge range of industries including mining, manufacturing, construction, accommodation, hospitality, and food production.
We’re looking for good people to join our Production team here in Dudley Park, South Australia. The Production team is the heart of our operation, washing and preparing all the garments, uniforms, and linen that we provide to our customers.
As a Laundry Worker you are a key member of that team. You would be responsible for processing and cleaning uniforms, garments, and linen, to the high standards need by our customers. This position involves various duties including sorting, ironing, folding, packing, and loading / unloading washers and dryers.
This role is fast paced and diverse, with the option to rotate through different tasks and enjoy working across the team. You’ll need good upper body strength, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Duties
- Sorting soiled linen and garments from a range of clients
- Processing of garments and linen
- Folding and preparing garments and linen for dispatch
- Fast paced production work
- Machine operation
- Labour intensive work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods), including repetitive tasks
- Following safe work procedures
Skills Experience
- A team player attitude, and comfort working in a multicultural workforce
- Willingness to be part of our safety culture, with a focus on zero harm
- Good fitness level with the ability to lift 5kg to 15kg repetitively
- Flexibility with weekly shifts
- Ability to read and understand instructions and apply the information to your work
