Are you a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring Youth Worker who is looking for a new challenge? This role involves inspiring, motivating and tutoring our students through their Diploma qualifications in Youth Work.

The Duties & Responsibilities of the role are as follows:-
- Facilitate individual learning in a classroom learning environment interacting with students face-to-face
- Mentoring and motivating students through their qualifications
- Leading workshops and working with students individually
- Identifying individual learning needs
- Marking assessments
- Other trainer administrative tasks as necessary
Your Skills & Experience:
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
- You will have a relevant qualification in Youth Work or Youth Justice (or similar) to at least a Diploma level
- Demonstrated five years relevant industry experience in this sector
- You must be able to map your qualifications and experience to our HR Matrix
You will also have:
- Eligibility to become a member of relevant membership bodies
- An ability to build supporting relationships with students
- A passion for helping others
- A proactive, resourceful attitude towards the working environment
- Permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work valid for at least 2 years (copies will be requested)
- If you are successful in securing this position you will be required to undergo a police check
